- BCR 2011 was a huge success, well done to everyone who was involved in the project.

And the rest of the Tech Team who did excellent work behind the scenes. Teachers have regarded BCR this year to be very professional and possibly even one of the best ever.
- The Soccer Marathon will take place this Friday. All forms are to be returned to Mr.Brennan as soon as possible. The teams will be selected and published here on the website this Wednesday. If anyone would be able to bring in their Xbox/PS3 with Fifa 12 for the duration of the Marathon, please talk to Mr.Brennan.
- The last Gaisce Hike took place last Friday. Very positive feedback was received from the students involved.
- The first lot of Christmas Trees were delivered today. Ms. Nulty will put up a rota for the various slots allocated to those who applied on Tuesday. Please remember a change of old clothes for your slots because you wont be allowed work in uniform, due to the work that is involved.
- Registration at Period 3 today for those interested in "Faith Friends" involving helping 6th Form Willow Park students prepare for their Confirmation. If still interested, contact Mr.O'Reilly.
- Mr.Lennox from SVP spoke to the students about the great work that Blackrock College does for the organisation and how our contribution helps unprivileged families to have an enjoyable Christmas.
- Mary Rose will be in touch regarding positions for the Willow Park Musical.

- Benin Casa rugby also continues as Normal, as well as the Junior Arch Club.
- Matthew O'Driscoll, Jack O'Keeffe, Conor Nolan, Tom O'Reilly and Adam Donnelly have put their names down to volunteer at the Holy Family Christmas Party on December 10th. If anyone else is interested, talk to Ms.Nulty ASAP.
- Very dissapointing results from the House Points system. Duff and Ebenrecht as of now are the only houses who have registered points. Meeting with House Captains will take place later in the week to discuss this.
- Quick reminder that Log books (English) are due this shortly. Make sure you fill in Lectures, modules and anything else that you have taken place in.
- People arent turning up for detention.

- Leaflets have been distributed at check in regarding a Parents Social and Quiz Evening and a Lecture about Well-Being and Nutrition. Please take one and return.
- There will be no Friday detention this week due to the Soccer Marathon. If you have Saturday Detention and you are involved in the Marathon, your detention will be deferred to the following Saturday, as long as you talk to Ms.Nulty
- People still owe Gaisce Hike money and borrowings from Ms.Nulty.
